Of course!

Balancing our differences in culture is similar to balancing being a dad vs. being a mom. We allow one another to offer our special things with love, respect, curiosity and support. Without a sense of competition- my thing is better. When we do find ourselves competing, we communicate, say sorry, and move on.

I love that comparison Danni❤️❤️

After many years, I finally realized that even if a couple has the same values and goals of parenting, fatherhood and motherhood are quite different. Respecting one another’s differences and not competing (it sounds so childish, but maybe it is bc we all want to be loved), reduces so much tension and risk of fighting. Fighting over the kids is a huge stress on a couple. Again, communication, communication, communication and honesty. Marc, I believe I sent you a dm a while back. I am going to send you another now. If you have time to take a look. Love to you and your family. 😘

Love the beautiful poem and the reminder that the words we leave behind are a legacy (I rarely think about this tbh). Thank you for continuing to share yours, Marc!

I remember this the first time you shared it. It was beautiful then and it’s beautiful now… what a gift the family reunion must have been, and what a gift you are leaving Myles and everyone to come.

Only a couple hundred? Someone isn’t holding up their end of things!

Marc, my brother dad, you give me a lot of feelz. You are doing it right and that little man will understand one day how blessed he was to have such wonderful parents.

As always, brother, I’m pulling for you.
