What a wonderful letter from your wife, Myles!!! :) This line struck me, "Society does not feel kind to moms who feel proud to be moms." That's a little bit of a shame to me. It's weird how we live in a society that encourages people to be their full selves, yet for mothers who love to be mothers it seems less okay if that makes sense. There does seem to be a little bit of hostility towards mothers who are proud to be mothers like they are all brainwashed by the patriarchy or something. Maybe raising kids is the most beautiful, fulfilling work we will ever do in our lives? What a privilege to be a parent! Anyway, I won't go any further than that. This was a wonderful letter. Was cool to get another look into your soul and character Myles through the eyes of your wife.
